As a kid, Cass would take drives with his Dad and visit neighborhoods studying the architectures of homes. Unknowingly, this would shape the reason he developed a passion for Real Estate.
Fast forward, he has now been a Realtor for 7 years with an added MRP (Military Relocation Professional) designation. He was previously a Bank VP and Branch Manager for 15 years, where he was honored with the “Chairman’s Circle” award for being the Best of the Best in Banking.
In his spare time he enjoys traveling, tasting amazing wines, camping, playing golf, and attending Tampa Bay Lightning hockey games with friends.
Favorite quote “I love the winning, I can take the losing, but most of all I like to play” this is probably why his favorite part of a Real Estate transaction is the negotiations and “winning” the home for the client at the right price.
